Zachi focuses his practice on various corporate matters, including securities, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity.  As part of his practice, he has been involved with a variety of complex corporate commercial transactions, as well as public offerings and private placements of securities traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Zachi is also highly skilled in handling Israel Securities Authority filings and compliance matters.

Prior to joining the LLB team, Zachi practiced law at one of Israel’s leading boutique law firm, specializing in capital markets and securities law.

Aside from his much interest in corporate and securities law, as a sworn audiophile, Zachi has been on a long-time journey in search of the highest quality sound reproduction. A journey which neither his wife nor his two lovely daughters have been able to cut short.
