Muriel Shachar
Partner
Without departing from Old European manners, Muriel’s legal skills speak volumes.
Her specialist expertise in the diverse, yet complementary, fields of commercial law, international tenders, infrastructure projects, and contractor agreements have enabled LLB to lead Israel’s most prominent international infrastructure and transportation projects in the last decade.
Muriel also specializes in energy projects, complex technological agreements, cross-border distribution, franchise, licensing and breeders’ rights. Muriel focuses on finding common ground, and her certified mediator skills are frequently put to good use in negotiations as well as in team meetings with consultants and technical advisors. Meanwhile, her background in economics has proved to be key when designing business-oriented legal solutions for complex projects.
